Juice therapy

My research has extended to juice therapy.

Carrot juice with celery is very useful.

Also mixed vegetable juice for lunch is OK.

Morning a citrus squeeze with orange or lemon with slight amount of pulp is very useful and exhilarating.

Rice with vegetable juice and salad of cabbage Tomatoes etc remains my favorite for Dinner on some days in a week.
